Radiant Heating Technology

The De'Longhi Radia S incorporates the patented Radiant Heating Technology in its design. This unique design feature entails enlarged fins which increase the radiant surface of the room heater. The increased radiant area maximises the rate of thermal exchange which, in turn, heats up the space around the heater faster. The accelerated heating of the room due to the larger fins also ensure even heat distribution within a room.

Energy-efficient operation

The De'Longhi Radia S comes with Real Energy which makes the room heater more efficient. Real Energy makes the room heater warm up twice as fast while being 20% more efficient at the same time. The room heater, along with its battery, has been designed to optimise the amount of energy used. Simple and intuitive heat settings

The De'Longhi Radia S features very simple and intuitive heat settings. The built-in thermostat dial lets you conveniently adjust the temperature to suit your room's temperature requirements with six available temperature settings. Additionally, the two tactile switches offer three different power levels minimum, medium or maximum which lets you decide how quickly the space around the heater will be heated up and how much power will be consumed in that process.

Heats by the hour

The heating function of the room heater can be customised to fit your schedule. The 24-hour programmable timer can be used to programme the heater's start and stop times. Acting a bit like an analogue clock, once you set up the timer the heater will start and stop without any intervention from anyone. Just turn the dial of the mechanical timer to the current time of day, and then push in the outer teeth for the 15-minute time blocks when you like the heater to run during the day, and you are done.

Anti-frost function

The De'Longhi Radia S comes with an ingenious thermostat which can be set to prevent frost. Just set the thermostat to the lowest level, indicated by the star to start the anti-frost function. Once set on the lowest level, the room heater will maintain a temperature of approximately 5 degree Celcius which is just hot enough to prevent frost without expending too much energy.

Keeping that in mind, the De'Longhi Radia S has been designed with four pre-assembled castors.
