Designed for strength and durability, the Benchstar MME-500H-S Electric Steamer Display Cabinet lives up to its name. This cabinet improves display possibilities by allowing a view of the product from all angles and sports double-glazing for good heat preservation. The one-piece water tank is moulded to prevent leaking and rusting and is fitted with a plastic water-inlet water pipe. Reaching a maximum temperature of 110C, the unit features a 100C thermostat and includes many safety precautions such as a water level switch for safe, simple, and reliable operation.

Note: It is designed to keep food warm and this unit does not cook food.
